How do we train?

Very practically. With Training and Practice Days, for example: theory in the morning and workplace coaching in the afternoon. The trainee makes the call himself, in a small group of colleagues - and the Vendere trainer gives feedback immediately after the call. Another hands-on approach is the Sales Coaching: we join Account Managers and Sales Managers on acquisition calls. Here, too, we provide immediate feedback, in addition to making a personal report based on our self-developed Sales Competence Model.
