It began with the telephone. At the beginning of this century, Bonne and Ben founded Vendere with the conviction that telephoning is a profession. Now, more than 20 years on, that principle still holds true, and even more than ever. The importance of the telephone is still increasing.
Vendere trains and coaches in all possible forms of sales and customer contact, and we notice it every day: the telephone is an essential tool in the commercial cycle. The Vendere Academy is an online learning environment focused on commercial conversation and communication skills. You will find digital training courses on topics such as conversation structure, questioning and sales techniques in preparation for your practical training. In addition, you have access to a personal learning environment with additional theory, assignments and elaborations.
